Very low: These tests are very accurate and if ovulation and last intercourse were 13 days ago and, if your urine was not very dilute, the chances of pregnancy are very low.

Still possible: A typical menstrual cycle is on average 28 days in length. Ovulation occurs, on average, somewhere between days 13-15.Then 14 days later you should be menstruating and likely not pregnant. As you are just around that time to begin menstruation, it could still be too early for some pregnancy tests to pick up the pregnancy hormone. If you do not start your period in the next week, test again.
