Appropriate med RX: The most important thing for you right now is to make sure your thyroid issue is adequately treated. Once this is handled there should be no limitations to your normal exercise routine. Start with a well balanced routine of gradually increasing aerobic activity on an every other day basis to allow time for recovery. Incorporate light weights 2 days/week and include gentle stretching daily.

Similar to those: Without hypothyroidism. As hypothyroidism that is appropriately managed with medications should allow you to eat and exercise much as if you don't have hypothyroidism. There is no one diet or exercise plan that is best for all. You need to see how your body responds to different macro/micronutrients and exercise routines/schedules. This is difficult to answer appropriately in 400 characters.
