I have an appendicolith and was given meds for the pain. however the pain is getting worse and i constantly feel nauseous and have a lot of gas.

Need to see doctor: Symtomatic appendicolith ( persistent stone like hard stool in side appendix ) as you described need evaluation by a surgeon , if proved need appendectomy , as it may lead to gangrenous appendicitis.
