High HR : It is not clear why your heart rate is that high. I wonder if it is irregular and you might then have atrial fibrillation. As for now, it looks better and this could be the effect of medications like beta blockers. As long you are not dizzy, you can take your medications and increase water intake. You should try to talk to your md as well and get an ecg. Check your BP and pulse at the drug store.
