Having visceral reac: Feeling of stress and anxiety are processed in the same part of the brain as visceral reactions. So when one has an anxiety reaction, it often overlaps into a visceral reaction --stomach pains, cramping diarrhea or nausea. We all don't experience pain in same area, with idiosyncratic pain expression. Hence, you experience belly-button pain. Normal reaction.
