Asphyxiation at birth, damaged my pituitary causing panhypopit, five pineal cysts, and chiari 1. is it possible for my conditions to worsen as i age?

Pituitary : If your pituitary deficiencies were the result of something that happend during birth i think it would be unlike you would develop more deficiencies at your age unless you had brain surgery near the pituitary or had significant head trauma in the future.
