Yes: Though depends what you mean by "prenatal screening." if you mean genetic testing, not necessarily--if there is a history of genetic disease or you are in a high-risk group (ashkenazy jews, for example), then you should. But if you mean routine prenatal care and screening for routine prenatal testing, then yes, absolutely, please go asap.
