Very Likely: It is very likely that you could be pregnant, however you could also have a hormonal imbalance that's causing you to miss a cycle. Once you have missed your cycle by 7 days, i would recommend that you take a pregnancy test. If it's negative, you should consider seeing a gynecologist for an evaluation.
