water containing washing up liquid splashed in my eye while cleaning my dishes. i did dab my eye and splashed it with clean water, is this enough?

Use drops : Use eye wash from a drug store to rinse the eye thoroughly and then use artificial tears every hr or two while awake for a day or so. You should be fine. If pain redness or blurry vision persists see an ophthalmologist.
