Yesterday i felt a bb size knot inside my left upper lip cheek area close to the left corner of my mouth. no pain as i only noticed it by touching it with my tounge. there is some pain today.

Bump: Might be a tiny ulcer. I would suggest getting it checked out . When bumps like this persist, we recommend a biopsy just to make sure it's nothing dangerous.
