No ovulation: Lh surge triggers ovulation. Just before ovulation lh levels increase and causes ovulation.

It could be a: False positive ovulation test. If ovulation really occurred, there would have been an lh surge.Do a home pregnancy test if u miss a period.Best wishes! http://americanpregnancy.Org/gettingpregnant/understandingovulation.Html.
