Do your best: Pregnancy is a time of excitement, but also stress that we women put on ourselves worrying about the future. Take your prenatal vitamins every day as best you can and eat a well-balanced diet; keep your prenatal appointments. If you choose to breast feed, your calcium intake becomes very important then as well.
