Diet changes: Have you noticed any food triggers that cause your symptoms? Often times these are caused by dietary intolerance to certain sugars such as lactose, which is found in milk products, or fructose, a common sugar added to/found in many foods. Try keeping a food diary to see which foods tend to bring about your symptoms. Eliminating dairy for two weeks can help test for lactose intolerance.
