Proctalgia fugax?: If no known trauma or disease of the coccyx (i.e., the tailbone), it may be a variant of proctalgia fugax, which is a frequently missed diagnoses and misunderstood (although benign) condition.

I get some pain around the coccyx area, possibly just below. It's a dull pain, noticeable when I tense my buttocks inwards and also when I need a poo.
