Topamax (topiramate): Topirimate (aka topamax) has multiple uses: seizure medication, migraine medication and recently used for appetite suppression. Granted these are all at different doses but weight loss doctors have been using it for weight loss for several years. Just make sure you are being monitored by the prescribing physician.
