Can appendicities start off with pelvic pain or it always starts in navel ?

Anywhere : Commonly it starts near the navel, but not always. Yes it can present as pelvic pain. If you're concerned you should call your doc. Abdominal pain with loss of appetite and nausea/vomiting is concerning. Why do you think it's an appendicitis?
