Yes. : But gall bladder pain would normally occur in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen at the level of the lower edge of the rib cage, not right lower abdomen. See your md who might request an ultrasound, or other exam (eg ct) depending upon their interpretation of your symptoms. In right lower quadrant possibly of ovarian nature. If pain began around the belly button, possibly appendix. If so er.
