Need more info: There are many parameters that are measured in the first year of life. Weight for length ; head circumference, among others. Simply providing his weight is not sufficient. You say he has met most of his milestones. These also are variable. Overall from what you have said there does not seem to be anything of definite concern. But if more info can be provided a better answer can be supplied.
