Blood patch: Usially bed rest and tylenol/caffeine would be appropriate and can help within several day. If it didn't work, an injection of your own blood into epidural space (blood patch) should be done.

Talk with MD: You should contact your anesthesiologist. In mist instances this will resolve on its own. In other circumstances it may require more agressive treatment.
