Lumbar punctures: After a lumbar puncture it is not uncommon to have a headache. If the headache responds to common meds like tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen i would not worry. Also if it lasts several days this may be due to a small leak around the puncture and can be remedied by the doctor who did the lumbar puncture. Talk to your doctor.
