Low potassium : Yes, that level of potassium is low and you should get replacement. At that level it can be given by mouth but should be done promptly because if it keeps going doing you might need intravenous replacement. Having low potassium puts you at risk of life threatening heart arrhythmias. Make sure you follow up with your provider as soon as possible on this.
