Probably not...: Any men, especially young, i would more concern of possible intermittent testicular torsion if the testicular pain has a highly variable intensity, duration, and interval over a long time (weeks - years) in one testis. So, collect the feature of the pain with its sequence of event, bring those to doc for review, analysis, more physicals, possible tests so to deduce what happens for proposing rx.
