Healed: Of course your surgery site has healed. That would have happened within 6 weeks of the biopsy/surgery. Depending on the surgery, your cervix may appear very different now. It will still work just fine. Sometimes the cervix heals with multiple superficial blood vessels. This is ok, but does look unusual to someone who does not see a lot of this. A consultant gynecologist would be the best judge.
