Absolutely: Donor sperm and donor eggs are both very successful treatments. Donor egg ivf averages 55% in U.S. But some clinics have rates of 60-80% plus the babies from frozen embryos. Donor sperm success are more complicated since we are relying on the female body to do a lot of the work. Still, success after 6 cycles can be up to 60-70% (age <35) and 25% (age 40+). Best wishes.
