Probably angioms: Angiomas can be very small dilated blood vessels. They are usually round and the size can vary from 1mm to several mm. Over time they tend to become more elevated. Almost everyone will get a couple and some people get 100's. For someone who gets a lot, your mom or dad probably had them. They can occur any place on the body. They are benign. A laser can remove them without scarring.
