3 weeks i have swollen painful lymph glands, 3 diferent antibiotics & now steroids. all blood counts, chest xray normal, ctscan showed swollen glands?

?biopsy: It may be time to consider a biopsy of one of the enlarged lymph nodes. If they are in the neck, an otolaryngologist could do the exam and biopsy; if in the groin or armpit, a general surgeon is the best one to see. However, it's best to follow your physician's advice as he/she knows your symptoms, physical findings and test results.

86 year old male was hospitalized and diagnosed with stridor. X-ray of chest normal. CT of neck shows little swollen gland which . Post release stridor noise came down but still little noise is there. PCP recommended loratadine OTC. Any advise ?
