Can't tell: You are very young and cancer is not too common at your age but in all fairness you could still have something like a lymphoma. Please see your doc for a good evaluation. Hope it's all well.

Probably not: Lymph nodes can be enlarged for many reasons. Shaving the armpit can create inflammation and small node enlargement. To be safe, see a doctor.
