Lump: I would check it out it may be infection or hormone mediated but one needs to rule out a pathology of the breast.

Breast mass: It most likely is a benign finding (that is, nothing to worry about) but anytime you find a lump in your breast, it should be evaluated. In pregnancy, this starts with an exam by your doctor, and if he or she is concerned, it will be followed up with an ultrasound.
