I wouldn't worry: Too much about your blood pressure as even pseudoehedrine has never been shown on average to raise systolic b/p more than 5-10mmhg which is insignificant for the short period of time you would be using it. Combination of Pseudoephedrine and a long acting antihistamine, smoking cessation and saline nasal sprays or irrigation aid in controlling symptoms very well.
