Not only on nose: There are many forms of lupus. The butterfly rash is well described but the rash not only need to be there it can occur on other facial areas a well as the trunk. Males tend to be less prone but lupus occurs in them as well. The best test is to see a rheumatologist or your primary as a start. A few simple blood tests can rule out lupus quickly.
