Likely infected ecze: It sounds like you have gotten superficially infected eczema on the area but it is impossible to confirm without seeing your condition. Also there could be other possible diagnosis especially if it is only in one side. Please, check with your dermatologist for evaluation and she or he may need to do culture or a biopsy depending on how it looks. Good luck !
