Probably not...: Fordyce spots are subcutaneous ectopic sebaceous glands, but not related with hair follicles, and warts are hpv-infected lesions on the skin surface. This distinction may help you see their difference; if not enough, see doc in expertise timely. Occasionally, biopsy may be needed for final confirmation, but not clinically necessary most of times.

Molluscum: You might all have molluscum contagiosum, a viral infection of the skin. It is very contagious and can be not only spread by skin to skin contact, but also by wash clothes, towels and even in swimming pools. It is easily diagnosed by exam. See your health provider who can diagnose this and suggest what treatment to use.
