No, but try L-5-MTHF: There is no known toxic dose of Folic Acid so 4000 mcg is perfectly safe. However, over 1/3 of people have difficulty converting Folic Acid to the active form, l-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid) (l-5-mthf). A blood test can confirm this, but it's safe ; reasonable for you to take 800 mcg of l-5-mthf as, if you have this problem, taking Folic Acid may not help you (but folate (folic acid) from food will also help).
