Probably him: If you don't have a strong odor or discharge coming from your vagina then it is unlikely that you have a vaginal infection. If you did have one the usual complaint by the person going down is that it smells bad, not that it stung. If you are concerned, your doctor should be able to check for a vaginal infection in an office visit.
