Nipple discharge: Because of the hormonal changes prior to your period you can express some clear fluid from your nipples very often. Also, if there has been recent breast stimulation, such as during sex, your breasts can produce some fluid. If it is bloody or coming out by itself with no pushing, you should get checked.
