Levothyroxine: If you are on correct dose of levothyroixine and you do need it for a medical condition, then stopping it will make you worse. You need medical attention for the severe panic attacks.

Decrease slowly and : Panic attacks can be a symptom of too high dose of levothyroxine, can also cause elevated blood pressure or elevated heart rate, contact your prescribing doctor now, decrease the dose by 50% in the meantime and go to the er if you feel any worst before you can see your doctor.
