Get examined: Headaches which always on the same side (right or left does not matter) raises suspicion for structural brain disease such as tumor, vascular malformation etc. Regardless of headache frequency, if 100% are on the same side, you need a brain scan even if you have a normal neurologic examination.

See doctor: Numbness with headache is an indication for imaging. First your doctor will determine what type of headache you have. Headaches have many causes. See the list on the picture. I suggest you see your physician and discuss a plan to determine the cause. Your doctor might order imaging of brain and optic nerve exam to rule out serious conditions.

Can't tell ya: No news is good news? Look at it this way: something bad caught early= we could fix. Something bad caught late= no chance. You are taking a chance with your own health- the wrong chance.

MIGRAINE: Migraine in adults tends to be on one side right or left in localization, in some patients the headache is always localized in one side, it does not matter right or left. In your case it is on the left and mostly it will stay like that.
