What is mild change in inferolateal? what kind of measures and precautions are to be taken and what is to be done to check it?

Changes in EKG: I have to assume you mean on your ekg. The electrical conduction of the heart is indirectly looked at with and ekg. The different leads in the ekg show different 'areas' of the heart. One part is the inferolateral part of the heart. If there are changes in your ekg at this area, it may represent abnormal electrical conduction in your hear, which can sometimes signify cardiac pathology.
