Needs to be better: I assume that you are following the proper diet and exercise. If you are taking meds, they may need to be adjusted or changed, if you want the sugars better.

Diabetes : If you were fasting during the test then you may be diabetic I would suggest you see a physician and get a definitive diagnosis
