Need more info: However, if you were examined by a reputable ophthalmologist, not an optometrist, i would update your glasses.

Maybe: Glasses will correct the rays of lihjt entering the eye allowing them to focus on the ack of the eye. Poorly focused light in the eye may appear as dimness.
