Don't self-treat: It seems that you are suffering from anxiety related disorder second to psuedephdrine over dose. Please speak to your dr about your reaction. You might want to contact a psychologist about your symptoms. I think you are suffering from anticipatory anxiety. This is easy to treat and you should be back to usual self soon. But don't try to do it alone. Adding an Alpha blocker on your own not advised!
