How to treat nape pain?after a cold shower left tonsils, tongue and nape on left side hurt even after antibiotics treatment.

Nape pain: Many times during and after infections you may have some general muscle aches and that may include the neck region. Probably you have some inflamed nodes associated with the infection you suffered and those may be painful. You may use warm compresses and anti inflammatory medication to relieve symptoms. Make sure you finish antibiotics as prescribed and f/u with your doctor as recommended.
