Yes: Difficulty sleeping is a very common complaint in pregnancy. Try extra pillows to support you as you lie on your side (against your back and between your legs). Avoid caffeine and/or large meals late in the evening. Make sure the room is dark and cool. Only go to bed for sleeping - no reading or watching tv. Good luck!
