Green tea ; exercise: You are young and presumably in good health. Green tea does contain caffeine, so drinking it just before a work out might increase chance of rapid heart rate or palpitations. But i think you are most likely ok to try it. Just pay attention to how you feel.

Yes: Drinking green tea is not "contraindicated" before exercising.
