Prevention: Ha's as described could be migraine origin, and numerous otc agents, such as riboflavin, coq-10, butterbur, feverfew, magnesium can help. Multiple prescription meds at appropriate doses also of value. A triptan could stop the headache if used early. Some headaches are triggered by jaw or dental problems, and might check this also.
