Abdominal exercises: Many times after delivery many women have a lot of tissue as a result of the abdominal stretch during pregnancy.It seems you are doing good aerobic exercise but might need more of what is called strengthening exercises. Probably a nice routine of sit ups can help to give tone to your abdominal muscles.Be patient because it might take some time depending on many factors. F/u with your doctor too.
