I just started having pain when taking a deep breath, i was on a bus the other day that had the smell of weed in it but it's been over 24 hours.

Chest pains: If the pain is sharp and fleeting with a deep breath, it may be a pinched intercostal(between ribs) nerve. This is not a seriuous problem. However, if there is associated cough, fever, chills, sweats, wheezing or shortness of breath see your physician for evaluation of a lung infection or inflammation.
