Chest pains: If the pain is sharp and fleeting with a deep breath, it may be a pinched intercostal(between ribs) nerve. This is not a seriuous problem. However, if there is associated cough, fever, chills, sweats, wheezing or shortness of breath see your physician for evaluation of a lung infection or inflammation.
