How son after arthroscopic surgery due to a meniscus teat, can i start running?

Depends: If you had a portion of the meniscus removed (partial meniscectomy) it may be as soon as 2 weeks in higher level athletes, otherwise at least 4-6 weeks. If you had a repair, the tear needs to heal 3-4 months before running.
