Complex problem: Sod , or spintor of oddi dysfunction is a complex issue causes frequent pains , and attacks of pancreatitis you should discuss with your physician(s) , also find out you did not have pancreatic divisam where minor pancreatic duct enters duodenum separately causing localized pancreatitis , good luck.
