Dysplasia: While dysplasia is indeed abnormal, it is not "really bad". You need the appropriate treatment at this time for your dysplasia - the treatment options for your specific situation should be discussed with your doctor. Then you need routine monitoring to make sure treatment was successful and that you were not reinfected. This part of treatment is every bit as important as the initial care.
